Adding a new Blog Post/Article is very simple.
Once logged into WordPress you will be in the “WordPress Dashboard”.
Follow the instructions below to first add categories then how to add a new blog/article post.
Add New Post Categories: Dashboard –> Posts –> Categories
Just fill out the first field with the “Category Name” and hit enter and it will add it and clear the field to add another. You can also add categories on the fly in any new blog post you start. On the right sidebar you can select an existing category or add a new category.
Add New Articles/Posts: Dashboard –> Posts –> Add New
Fill in “Title”, “Body/Description”, select a “Category” and add a “Featured Image”. Each post must have a featured image. These images show up as thumbnails when listing posts/articles and in the post itself.
